Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates Admits Dr Charlene Mifsud to Partnership

In a private event at the firm’s main office in Valletta, Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates’ partners announced the admission of to the partnership.

Previously a director of a leading trust company and a legal manager within a corporate services firm, Dr Mifsud joined the firm in a lateral move in 2016 as senior associate, progressing to managing associate over the years. Dr Mifsud has served within the firm’s international corporate and commercial law practice where she advises various multinational companies and local family businesses in a spectrum of legal areas ranging from employment law, enforcement of foreign judgments, mergers and acquisitions, estate and succession planning in a family business context, as well as resolution of local and cross-border commercial disputes. Dr Mifsud also practices in the areas of compliance and risk management, trusts and estates, and the regulation of virtual financial assets.
Dr Mifsud has graduated Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2008, serving as notary public and later joining the Maltese bar as an advocate.
