Chetcuti Cauchi partner appointed STEP Malta Chair
Chetcuti Cauchi Senior partner Dr Priscilla Mifsud-Parker has been appointed chair of STEP in Malta, after serving in the STEP Malta Branch Committee for many years as Secretary and Chair of the Technical Committee. One of Malta's leading tax, trust and estates law practices, Chetcuti Cauchi has a longstanding relationship with STEP Malta Branch since 2004.
Chetcuti Cauchi partner Dr Priscilla Mifsud Parker has been named Chair of the Malta branch of private client professional organisation STEP, the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners. Priscilla, has taken on the three-year term as the head of STEP Malta after serving in the STEP Malta Branch Committee for many years in the capacity of Secretary and Chair of the Technical Committee.
Today more than ever before, STEP Malta's role is crucial in supporting its members in transitioning to a new world order for Maltese trust and estate practitioners.

Dr Priscilla Mifsud-Parker is a Maltese Advocate and the head of Chetcuti Cauchi's Corporate Services, Estates and Trusts Practice Groups. Priscilla is a Maltese advocate and licensed immigration lawyer. A senior partner at Chetcuti Cauchi, Priscilla has more than 15 years' experience as a corporate, tax and immigration lawyer specialising in private client advisory and structuring work. She was invited to speak at national STEP conferences on the subject of trusts and foundations law and has addressed numerous international conferences on the subject of international estate planning.

Dr Priscilla Mifsud Parker has occupied the positions of Secretary and Chair of the Technical Committee, before her recent appointment as branch chair.
